Step-by-Step Cleaning Guide
1. Turn Off the Unit
Always switch off your heat pump at the wall before cleaning to ensure safety.
2. Remove and Clean the Filters
Open the front panel and carefully remove the filters. Vacuum or brush off loose dust and debris, then apply Supercell heat pump air conditioning cleaner. then run on cooling or fan mode only for 15 to 30 mins (never heating) before reinstalling.
3. Clean the Unit Exterior
Spray with Supercell heat pump air conditioner cleaner Wipe down the exterior casing with a damp cloth to remove dust and fingerprints.
4. Check the Outdoor Unit
Remove any leaves, debris, or obstructions around the outdoor condenser unit. Ensure there's adequate clearance for airflow.
Apply Supercell coil cleaner degreaser to the coil & wash through with hose. (always spray down into coil never up into coil.
5. Inspect and Replace if Necessary
Spray & brush through Supercell Heat pump air conditioner cleaner on filters & remove all muck food fats bacteria then rinse off, replace wet or dry does not matter system runs at peak efficiency.
Tip.. rinse the dirt out the way it came in so rinse coil side to intake side for better results.
